Retreatment is not the same as repair
An agreement may cover returning to treat activity without covering damage repair. Look for separate wording on those provisions and any monetary limits.
Renewal and maintenance
Annual payment, inspection, reporting, access, and owner maintenance may be conditions of coverage. Keep written records of renewals and service visits.
A sale or renovation
Ask about transfer conditions when ownership changes. Tell the provider about additions, excavation, or other work that could affect the original treatment scope.
