How much does a termite inspection cost?

How do you decide which treatment I need?

We don't cross-treat, and no quote is written until the species is confirmed.
Is the warranty transferable?
Yes. Every treatment ships with a written warranty that survives a property sale and transfers to the next owner — printed, not promised.

Will you recommend treatment I don't need?
No. If the inspection finds nothing active, the recommendation is "no treatment, schedule annual re-inspection" — written on the report the same as any other finding.
