The corridor mixes small commercial storefronts (auto services, retail, restaurants), light-industrial workshops, multi-family rental stock, and surviving pockets of single-family residential. Construction era spans from the 1940s through present-day, with every kind of construction style represented somewhere in the district.
That construction diversity drives the inspection approach. We don’t commit to a recommendation until we’ve walked the specific property — a 1950s wood-frame commercial storefront and a 2005 CBS multi-family unit on the same block need completely different treatments.
